for the record, dane is such a great baby. i will write a real blog post about this sometime soon, but i have loved taking care of him more than i ever thought i would. i don't even begrudge him the sleep i'm losing or the amount of poop i've touched over the last (almost) three weeks. at least half of the things tommy and i say to each other now are, "isn't he SO CUTE?" "HE IS SO CUTE!" and "we have the CUTEST BABY!" we rarely ever call him dane--he goes by "cutie cute" and "angel baby" and "buddy boo" and all of the most obnoxious baby nicknames you can imagine. (okay, mostly, those nicknames are just from me. tommy does call him "buddy" though.) and he doesn't even smile yet . . . can you imagine how crazy we're going to be once he starts interacting with us?

I love the saying on his top, "I love Daddy". Cutest little guy. Sure think about him a lot.
He is exceptional... try saying that to him. We have said it to all of our kids, and it has worked, since they are all exceptional! We think he is amazing!
