i watched father of the bride last night. by myself. on my computer. on my bed. (don't judge me, tommy was studying and i was working until too late to plan anything else.)
and i got all choked up MULTIPLE times through the course of the movie.
steve martin almost made me cry. seriously, what is wrong with me? how embarrassing.
i knew i had to share it with all of humanity on the blog.
One year my family received FotB and FotB II for Christmas. We watched them back-to-back that day. During the first movie, BOTH of my parents cried, and my mom made all of us girls promise that we would never leave our wedding receptions without saying goodbye.
So, you're not alone: I, too, can attest that Steve Martin knows how to jerk those tears!

the last few episodes of The Office have made me cry. not sobs, but real, big, tears.
